  1. Wow… I am all for eBooks and have a Kindle myself. I still head to the library all of the time and this borrowing limit on eBooks does not make too much sense, especially how many times single books are checked as the video shows.

    Has this already been instituted?

    • The new HarperCollins 26-circulation rule started on Monday, March 7, I think. My understanding is that the rule is not retroactive to HC ebooks purchased by libraries before that date.

  2. Thanks for your concern. Not sure of the official HarperCollins date, but some libraries already are refusing to pick up new HarperCollins e-books.
